Our goal with our media/community relations program is to positively enhance and build the image of Carson City, Nevada through aggressive and open communication and marketing efforts.
We accomplish this through public-service outreach, research; maintaining and increasing awareness, understanding and appreciation of Carson City government's programs, priorities and events; employing an integrated marketing approach to advertising, marketing, publications and public relations; and providing an outlet for presentation of information and entertainment programs through our web sites, social media and the various regional and local media outlets.
CarsonTV Channel 191 broadcasts live and recorded meetings of various city boards, commissions, and committees.
